Is this the right moment to take a closer look at how your organisation works?

We work with leadership teams who are ready to ask honest questions — about structure, culture, and what a healthier organisation might look like from the inside out.

Common Questions

Things people often ask us

What does organisational development work actually involve?
It involves looking closely at how your organisation functions day-to-day — not just the org chart, but the relationships, conversations, habits, and informal systems that shape how people work together. We gather perspectives, listen carefully, and offer structured observations that help leadership teams understand what is working well and what deserves attention.
How long does an engagement typically take?
The structure review typically spans four to six weeks. The culture assessment is a deeper piece of work and usually takes eight to twelve weeks. The full partnership is an ongoing arrangement — usually spanning twelve months at a minimum — allowing the advisory work to evolve alongside the organisation rather than wrapping up prematurely.
We've tried consultants before and it didn't land. What makes this different?
That's a fair concern, and we hear it often. Our approach avoids pre-packaged frameworks applied from the outside. We spend time understanding the specific character of your organisation — its history, its tensions, what people feel proud of and what they find frustrating. The work is meant to be genuinely useful to the people inside the organisation, not just to tick a box for leadership.
Do you work with organisations of any size?
The structure review and culture assessment are well-suited to organisations from around thirty staff upward. The full development partnership is designed for medium-to-large organisations — typically those with dedicated HR leadership and a genuine appetite for sustained, long-term development work. We'll always be straightforward if we feel an engagement isn't the right fit for where you are.
Is the work conducted in English or Bahasa Malaysia?
We're comfortable working in both languages, and in practice most engagements involve a mix. Interviews and facilitated sessions can be conducted in the language that participants feel most at ease with. Written reports are typically delivered in English, though we can discuss bilingual formats if that would be more useful to your team.
